MENU: You are requested to confirm your catering arrangements with the Caterers (Telephone 01626 777369), at least 7 Days before your Society Day. We reserve the right to make a charge of up to 50% of the costs of the meals cancelled or not taken on the day. Vegetarian meals should be notified at least 7 days in advance.

DRESS: Society members are requested to conform to the Club’s Dress Rules, which are as follows:

Jeans, denims or training shoes are not acceptable on the course. Shorts must be tailored and worn with either long socks or short predominately white sports socks. Collarless shirts and T-shirts are not acceptable on the Course or in the Clubhouse. Clean and smart casual wear is permitted in the Lounge and Dining Room.

THE CLUBHOUSE HAS A NON SMOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT: Upon confirmation of this booking by Teignmouth Golf Club a non- returnable deposit of £50.00 will be requested, which will be deducted from your final account. Your Society Day will not be considered booked until the deposit has been received and acknowledged. Payment of your final account is payable to the General Manager on your Society Day.
